A Cairns-born woman who belongs to the Taepadhighi Clan of Old Mapoon (Batavia River) and Wagadagum Tribe of Mabuiag Island. Bloodline also runs through Darnley Island, Fiji, Tonga, Papua New Guinea and Jamaica.
